As a result of the constant evolution of the field of dental medicine, great progress has also been made in the study of the osseointegration process. The aim of the present study was to statistically analyze a group of patients who underwent implant-prosthetic therapy, with immediate, early or late loading. The study material was represented by a group of patients of both sexes, with different types of dentition, who went to dental clinics in Bucharest between January 2017 and December 2017 for specialist consultation and treatment. The study was retrospective, based on information selected from patient records. Data were tabulated, processed, correlated and statistically analyzed with Excel (Office 365) © Microsoft. Overall, in the study group, the therapeutic success rate was 90.91% for late loading, 80% for immediate loading, and 75% for early loading. The immediate loading of dental implants is carried out more and more frequently in implant-prosthetic treatments. The rate of therapeutic success, regardless of the type of loading, was higher depending the clinical experience of the surgeon and prosthetist. In the analyzed group, the highest rate of therapeutic success was recorded for delayed loading, followed by immediate loading.
