Creative organizations not only illustrate tools that allow the achievement of general organizational objectives, but contribute to the cultural education of society members, to the development of cultural self-awareness, promoting products of indigenous culture, but also aspects associated with multiculturalism, developing interest in art, facilitating the consolidation of interpersonal relationships within communities by eliminating cultural boundaries and social closeness. The overall objective of this study is to investigate the psychosocial impact of sexual harassment on job satisfaction in an organizational setting. We started from the premise that people who have been victims of sexual harassment have a low level of job satisfaction. Although there is an inverse link between levels of sexual harassment and job satisfaction, the vocational nature of the job acts as a protective factor, along with tolerance for sexual harassment. Despite the significant percentage of sexual harassment, the way employees perceive their workplace is positive, which is justified by the increased incidence of sexual harassment in creative organizations, which has led to a normalization of the phenomenon over time.
