In the pursuit of getting optimal clinical results, the digital workflow was created for the guided implantology protocol, in order to simplify the dental implants placement.[4] Planning the placement of the dental implants in a digital manner ensures a great level of accuracy regarding the diagnosis of the zone where the placement of the dental implant will happen. This comes along with some clinical benefits which include a decreased rate of complications, both intraoperatively and postoperatively, and a decreased operative time. All of these benefits will finally lead to a greater patient satisfaction and a better acceptance.[3] A 50-years-old female patient presented herself to the clinic for the rehabilitation of 3 edentulous spaces in quadrants II, III and IV. After presenting all the possible treatment plans to the patient, she agreed to an implantprosthetic treatment plan for all 3 edentulous spaces. For this case, the placement of the dental implants was done using tissue-supported 3D printed surgical guides that replicate the ideal position of the implants which was determined using the data from the Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT). The results of this case demonstrate an increased level of accuracy in dental implants placement using the 3D-printed surgical guide.
