Diseases of the hip that need to be prosthetic show a change in joint morphology. Among the most common diseases in medical practice that have as final therapeutic solution the hip arthroplasty mentioned: hip form primary and secondary form, followed by traumatic diseases: femoral neck fracture and femoral neck pseudarthrosis, aseptic femoral head necrosis, rheumatoid arthritis from rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis or juvenile arthritis. The hip revision prosthesis presents, however, often a challenge, due to the complex pathology. Using the finite element method, five situations given by this pathology were analyzed: intact hip joint, titanium augmentation prosthetic joint, standard revision prosthetic joint, structural graft hip joint and fragmented graft joint and reconstruction mesh. These simulations were performed using mechano-physical parameters similar to those in reality. Loads from normal human gait were also used. Numerous maps of displacements, strains and stresses were obtained. These results were analyzed and important conclusions were drawn.
