Recently, in countries with large outbreaks of COVID-19, have been reported cases of pediatric patients hospitalized because of a rare pediatric inflammatory multisystem syndrome (PIMS). The signs and symptoms are a mix of the ones we know and associate with Kawasaki disease and septic shock syndrome, which concludes in an Incomplete Kawasaki disease. Currently we encounter febrile children who do not fulfill the diagnostic criteria but still present several findings compatible with those of Kawasaki disease, just like our next presented case. In this situation, the diagnosis of Incomplete Kawasaki disease is a clinical challenge, which does not require postponement.
