The clinical cases that require prosthetic rehabilitation with classic acrylic dentures after complex extractions pose a challenge for the dentist and dental technician. The purpose of the presentation is to analyse the particularities of a clinical case in which dental extractions were accompanied by complications, necessitating special attention during the clinical stages of obtaining complete acrylic dentures. The case presentation aimed to highlight the clinical stages and the particularities that occurred in the prosthetic field after the extractions were performed.
