The concern for human resources, the ability to achieve general organizational objectives, taking into account the needs of employees, creating the right framework for both organizational progress and membership, is a defining characteristic for intelligent organizations, organizations that learn, those that, in fact, adapt to this historical stage. The general objective of this study aims to identify the difficulties of adaptation and social integration faced by neurodivergent people in the organizational environment. We started from the assumption that there is a direct link between the support that neurodivergent people receive and their level of integration into the organizational environment. People with the following disorders were evaluated: autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, bipolar disorder, cognitive behavioral disorder, histrionic disorder, epilepsy, anxiety. A consistent category of factors that generated difficulties in adapting and integrating neurodivergent people to the organizational environment were organizational ones, including here the lack of flexibility regarding their needs, the lack of concern for creating a propitious, customized framework for carrying out professional activities, resistance to this category of employees, the inability of organizations to adapt to the particularities of the historical stage they have Crosses.
