Description

Costin Mihai CONSTANTINESCU, Corina BOGDAN

This research has grown out of an ideal that has over time succeeded in inspiring many approaches to human resource psychology, namely: to identify the typology (personality, aptitude or vocational) that people manifest, and to predict the optimal framework in which they, exhibiting a particular typology, can perform at their best. In this research, 10 people were interviewed (5 women, 5 men), employed in a department that aims to implement occupational safety and health (OSH) measures. In order to identify a personality profile specific to the profession of OSH specialist that can serve as a benchmark in the assessment of job matching, the research will focus particularly on those traits of psychological type that OSH employees have in common. The frequency of the personality traits identified in the evaluated group will therefore determine the specific profile of the occupational safety and health specialist profession.
