The study addresses the topic of the relationship between overvaluation and narcissistic vulnerability, analyzing the impact of this phenomenon on interpersonal relationships, the work environment and the online environment. Overvaluation, defined as an exaggerated perception of the value of a person, idea, or object, is associated with idealizing and ignoring flaws, generating unrealistic expectations and conflict. In parallel, narcissistic vulnerability, characterized by fragility under the guise of safety, is explored in detail. The study develops the ways in which overvaluation contributes to the development of narcissistic vulnerabilities, highlighting a vicious circle between these two aspects. The practical implications of this relationship are explored in interpersonal relationships, the work environment, and the online environment. Directions for future research and intervention strategies aimed at managing and preventing the negative effects of overvaluation and narcissistic vulnerabilities are proposed. Suggestions are made for future research and practical interventions for managing and preventing the negative effects of overvaluation and narcissistic vulnerabilities in different contexts.
