Laparoscopic surgery has become a routine intervention in the last 20 years, the “golden” rule in the treatment of gallstones. Bladder lithiasis is a major public health problem requiring significant costs for its diagnosis and treatment. In the General Surgery Department of the Turceni City Hospital, laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed starting with December 2015 with the purchase of the laparoscopy kit. Between 2015 and October 2020, 150 laparoscopic cholecystectomies were performed. The laparoscopic approach was performed using four 5-10 mm trocars with an operating device adopted after the American school. The conversion rate was 9.33% and reinterventions were 4% of cases. In 4 cases (2.66%) parietal bleeding required early conversion or reintervention. Parietal emphysema was present in 2 cases (1.33%). Parietal suppuration was present in 4.66% and trocar eventration was recorded in 5 cases (3.33%). All patients received general anesthesia with orotracheal intubation. The duration of the surgery varied between 110 and 180 minutes. There were no incidents or major anesthetic-surgical complications. All patients showed a favorable evolution.
