In the last 20 years, laparoscopic surgery has become a routine intervention, the “golden” rule in the treatment of vesicular lithiasis. Bladder lithiasis is an important public health problem requiring significant expenses for its diagnosis and treatment. In the general surgery section of the Turceni City Hospital, laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed starting in December 2015 with the acquisition of the laparoscopy kit. Between 2015 and August 2022, 250 laparoscopic cholecystectomies were performed. The laparoscopic approach was performed with the help of four 5-10 mm trocars with an operating device adopted according to the American school. The rate of conversions was 8.45% and of reinterventions was 6% of the cases. In 4 cases ( 2.66 %) parietal bleeding required early conversion or reintervention. Parietal emphysema was present in 8 cases ( 3.20 %). Parietal suppuration was present in 14 cases (5.60%) and trocar eventration was recorded in 17 cases (6.80%). All patients benefited from general anesthesia with orotracheal intubation. The duration of the surgical intervention varied between 110 and 180 minutes. No major anesthetic-surgical incidents or complications were recorded. All patients showed a favorable evolution.
