The article aims to develop and evaluate a new method for measuring the effectiveness of therapy aimed at reducing stress and anxiety in the adult population. The study began with a detailed analysis of the specialized literature, the identification of traditional methods of stress and anxiety assessment, as well as the development of an innovative efficiency-based methodology. Participants were randomly selected and underwent therapy for a period of three months. Data analysis demonstrated a significant reduction in stress and anxiety levels in the group of participants who underwent the therapy method compared to the control group. The results indicate that the method represents an effective and innovative approach in the determination and treatment of stress and anxiety. The implications of this study influence how mental health professionals approach and evaluate treatments for these conditions.
