The present article serves the purpose of demonstrating the role self-confidence and the locus of control have, as attributes or ranges of attributes, in the process of ensuring the success in completing an action and professional success. The aim of the study: identifying the role of self-confidence and locus of control in the process of adapting and professional development. Research hypothesis: If the employees achieve above average professional performance, then the process of obtaining performance is favored by the manifestation of the external place and self-confidence. Psychological assessment tools: California Personality Inventory and the Internalism versus Externalism test. Conclusions: The above average results obtained from this scale demonstrate a locus of control in which the internal factors intersect with the external factors, the human individual being able to assign a role of its own in solving a situation.
