The article aims to determine the relationships between emotional intelligence and self-esteem as parts of the personality, in the management of Social Phobia. To achieve the objective, we created a questionnaire that we distributed online and to which 73 participants, aged between 18 and 59, students, employees and entrepreneurs answered. Social phobia affects the quality of personal and professional life, by changing the value of factors, personality, socio-professional and personal activity. We used “Emotional Intelligence” and “Self-Esteem” correlated with the Social Phobia and Social Anxiety scales.
